HYDRATING CURL DEFINING CRÈME

My dream cream for wave and curl alike. This cream isn't about hold, it's about subtle added weight and shine. I add a quarter-sized amount throughout t-shirt dried hair and allow it to air dry, scrunching once or twice as it dries. Apply a little more to hair once it's dried if needed.
